COVID-19 Prevention Policy

In this pandemic, we have used safe logistics services. The safety of our employees and customers is paramount.

We establish the “Safety-First” approach, in terms of appropriate screening practices and additional workplace controls to prevent the spread of COVID-19. To maintain a healthy work environment, our store takes extra precautions throughout the entire packaging and shipping processes.

We ensure our workers to sanitize their hands and parcels frequently. Wearing masks is compulsory for our staff. For your information, our shipping and logistics department staff wears gloves to ensure the safety of our packaging. The staff who are working in close proximity with delivery drivers and loaders, are required to wear personal protective equipment such as masks, gloves, and protective glasses. Our staff sanitise the parcel with 70% alcohol sanitising spray. After packaging, all pick-ups and deliveries are conducted outside of the building and at a distance.

Additionally, temperature has been taken individually before work, and employees need to physically distance themselves at least 6 feet during work. Our store has improved exhaust ventilation and provided more clean make-up air to rooms and operations with high risk of exposure to the virus.

In coordination with the prevention policy, we have reduced our staff. Some of them are working at home and carry out shift work. We have also assisted delivery workers, truck drivers and other transportation workers to minimise their contact with customers and ensure personal hygiene practices such as hand washing and using masks.

As insurance implications arise from the disruption of shipping and logistics due to the pandemic, there might be a delay, additional charges or vulnerable goods.
