When Will My Order Be Processed?

We ensure you receive your items as soon as possible. During your order, please make sure that you have selected the correct model and color because we cannot modify your orders. no cancellation in the order system.

Order will be processed within 2-3 business days and shipped the next day after the processing date.

Shipping Confirmation

Shipping confirmation will be emailed to you as soon as possible after your purchase has been shipped. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight and delivery location of the package. Hope you understand that customers are fully responsible for customs duties and taxes for all International orders.

Tracking

As a gentle reminder, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier services. Otherwise, if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to personal reasons like unable to follow-up or incorrect information, we are not able to refund or ship the replacement for free. You may need to place the order again and pay the shipping fees.

Delivery

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package. It may delay the estimated delivery time. Sometimes, if there is a long delay on your parcel delivery, we may provide a discount for your next purchase.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service. If you are not home during the delivery time, contact your local courier service for further parcel collection information.

Shipping takes 15-45 working days averagely, under normal circumstances.

Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. The customs office of the specific destination determines these charges.

Foreign Transaction Fees

If your credit card account is in a currency other than US Dollar, you may be charged at a different exchange rate. You may also be subjected to a foreign currency transaction fee. We hope you know that we would not be responsible for the exchange rate of any charges from your bank or credit card. The additional pricing and transaction fee policies are determined by your bank. Keep in mind that our store's prices are shown in local currency but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

Cancellation/Changes/Return

As a friendly reminder, we do not accept cancellation. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately as we are fast in processing and shipping the orders. Please note that you need to pay the shipping fees again if the address is wrong or it is an unsuccessful delivery.  Once our warehouse has processed your order, no changes are allowed.
