Shipping and Cancelation

For Worldwide Insured Premium Shipping, You will receive the email with tracking number within 2-3 days.

Kindly note that there is no Refund, Return or Cancellation for any reason, except

The ITEM is incorrect or unsealed and broken. 

If you are asking for a return (regarding the reasons above), please email us support@soulbery.com by attaching photo evidence within two days of the item received date.

How to return:

Email To Our Customer Support Team. Kindly include:

  • Order Number.
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Video or Photo (unsealed and broken product).
  • Delivery address.
  • Contact number.

(p.s: If any of the above information is missing, no complete refund will be issued.)

How long is the return process?

We will email you once your return has been processed. Before that, we will review your parcel case. Once your return is approved, you can choose either a refund or a replacement of the product. If you choose ‘refund’, kindly wait for 15 processing days patiently.

After placing the order, we are sorry to inform you that we do not have any cancellation plan for any reason as we will not issue a refund.

Change My Order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify your order. Kindly provide us your order number and the modification within One Day of your purchase date, as we ship fast. Hope you understand that we cannot change your order if your parcel has been shipped. Thank you.
